I’m a composer, guitar guy, doing music and sound for films, video games, wherever I’m wanted.
Got a line of shirts and posters blending guitar lessons and cool art. Check them out at my homepage, www.keith-moore.net. Wink, wink, nudge. 😉
Searching the “guitar lessons” subcategory will turn up a few bonus lessons related to the posters, though most of them offer cool tips to any aspiring guitarist. Or if you don’t feel like scrolling through my history of blog posts you can find a bunch of quick & cool PDF lessons organized on my website.
The “movies” subcategory is about, uh, movies. Picking fights with critics or sharing stories of my filmmaking adventures. If you’ve made a film in the Bay Area I’d love to check it out and maybe even help your buzz with a review.
The “Musician Articles” subcategory is full of (what I hope are) useful articles for musicians, from songwriting techniques, how to jam and other essays where I pretend like I know what I’m talking about.
Since I’ve lived in Marin County, CA most of my life, it made sense to devote a “Marin” subcategory to it, a place to muse about life here, past and present–along with any other goofball topics I want to type about. Yes, we have hot tubs and Taliban kids–who doesn’t? We also have way too many Starbucks shops like the rest of you.
Into Pinterest? I’ve got a cool All Things Guitar page where I pin cool looking guitars and rigs of the stars.
If you’re interested in the KRM Rhythm Guitar Poster all you gotta do is click the BUY NOW button on my homepage. Paypal handles the payment and I’ll get one out to you ASAP!
I’m looking for a guitar/ electric guitar class for my 9 year old. He was going to Blue Bear in the city, but they don’t have another guitar class for kids right now. We live in Mill Valley. Do you teach kids’ classes? Or any other ideas?
Thanks, Jamie
Not teaching any classes at the moment, though I’ve had pairs of friends or family do lessons. Check out Schoenberg Guitars in Tiburon, http://www.om28.com/. Never actually been to the store or met the folks, but they’ve been around for a long time and their reputation–to my knowledge–is solid.
Also, check out BlueStar music camp. http://www.bluestarmusiccamps.com/blurb.html
